Caution to all! Theft during move

My home contents were recently moved (3/07) by Wade Odell. During the move, three (3) boxes of valuable sports memorabilia never made it to my new home (only 1/2 mile away). My collection was commented on during the move by one of the movers. The replacement value for these items appoximates $15,000.00!!!

Wade Odell not only hindered and delayed filing of a claim, but when a claim was finally made, they denied that these items ever existed since they were not packed by Wade Odell. As a result, they denied the claim in full! This is despite my having receipts for every one of the items.

Geez, since nearly all my contents were not packed by Wade Odell, I guess my move never really happened, and the nearly $4000 for the move that I paid, was to transport air! Now, i am pursuing legal action against them. Everyone beware!!!
