Ordered trial diet pills for £4.95 which they took and I received goods. Then 1 month later they've taken £158.65 without my permission and without any further goods being received and can't contact them by phone. Had sent an email asking for refund but no response to that either. My credit card company are taking up the case for me and I shall be contacting trading standards too.
