The company rep advised that I will get a reimbursement after the 90 days. I purchased the plan protection in 11. I did send the rebate form in 04. When I contacted them in June to check in my status, I was advised that I have to wait for 16 weeks.
I just contacted them again, there was nothing done. I requested to speak to the manager, there was no one available. The Keisha rep was rude, and not willing to help.
I asked them when I will hear back from the management, they said " I don't know".
They told me I have to wait additional 7 weeks for an escalation. I do not like it. I reported them to BB already. I need to get the refund as soon. I hate this company. It is very bad service, and all the reps are very rude and not helpful
