Carlos Elizando Aka "jimmysnuka" ripoff fraudulent misleading

Through an internet forum, i have made a deal with Carlos Elizondo. The deal was for 2 Nike Air Jordan Sneakers for the sum of 625 that would be mailed to the address of 7932 Charlene Way Citrus Heights, CA 95610.

I have sent the payment through priority mail United States Postal Service, so the payment would be recieved within 3-4days. But since it was the holiday season mail was backed up. Non the less, he has acknowledged the fact that he has recieved it 7 days after postmark date.

He continued to email me that he will be shipping the items with confirmation number as soon as he gets the chance. I was very understanding that it is the holiday season and things will be hectic during that time.

My payment was recieved on December 22. I am writing this report on January 7. I have heard no response nor any refund or items. BEWARE! I have done researched on this person, and i have found out that he has not only frauded me but also many others.
