My wife tried this offer she found on the internet while searching out some health issues. It was for these face creams. They offered a free trial of their product for £1.99 for shipping & handling. They also suggested a companion product. A Free trial of DermaPure for £3.79 for shipping & handling.
I ordered both & gave them my credit card information to be charged for fees ONLY. Upon receiving the product the only enclosed letter gave the name of the enclosed product, it had the impression of an invoice.
There was nothing enclosed about any further action required or any other payments.
My credit card was then debited with two amounts of £89.91 and £83.74.
An attempt was made to draw a further £89.91 on 12th August even though on 24th July my wife sent an email putting a stop to any further payments and 'demanding' our money back. This email received an automated reply and that we would be contacted within 24 hours. We have heard nothing from the company since.
