My dad is in Rotorua medical ward, this morning I have rung 4 times to try and talk to him. 1st time phone rang out after 5 mins, so I try again, 2nd time temp nurse don't no how to transfer me to patient fone, she ended up hanging up on me, 3rd time I hung up after waiting 6 mins for someone to answer, and I'm ringing from Australia. Come on staff please answer the fone.
