Purchased a $99 6 month package cause they called and said my windows on my computer had been at risk. So yes they talked me into it cause there is a 30 day money back satifaction guarantee. Dont believe it cause i called on 4 different times for trouble on my computer that maybe they put on now i get errors i never did before and screen closures. Each rep gave me the same care took control of computer and said they fixed the problem day after still same problems. They say they will detect all trojans malware ect. They erased all my own programs i purchased and when i say i want a refund it like pulling teeth. So if you think you may get this think twice or record every conversation with them like i did. And be carefull they called me a asshole and told me they dont have time for me they have other customers so what am i paying fo
