Had a problem with yahoo mail and was transferred to this place saying that they were 'Yahoo'... They aren't. They are very convincing and pushy, and said that there was a foreign attack on our computers... Ok, we're stupid and let them 'fix' the problem. Well, it wasn't fixed, and I called to get our money back w/in the 30 days they guaranteed. They obviously aren't doing that, and as foolish as we feel, I don't want anyone else falling for this crap. Be more careful then we were.
