I made a purchase of $119.65 on 8-2-13 and never received the items but my bank account have 2 charges of $119.65 and still no products. I called the company to asked why my account was billed twice. The rep told me to make sure I have sufficient funds. WHAT??? I guess the first approval wasn't evidence of that. Needless to say I cancelled my purchase and was told the pending charges would go back. Nothing done yet
