I've been a member of Virgin Gaming for a number of years. I've probably spent over $100,000 on the site playing FIFA 13 for money. The 24/7 support has never been that good but recently it has truly shocked me how bad it is. I've played 2 FIFA matches for $200 each and won both of them. Great! However... A few hours later both of the matches are cancelled and my winnings taken away. Firstly, is there any notification of this? No. Over $300 taken from my account and nothing. I had to email support over and over again as each time they replied they gave me a standard robot reply without actually answering any of my queries. Eventually I found out that my opponents had sent in evidence that I had broken the custom rule of using 5 defenders in the matches. However I know I didn't use 5 defenders as I never do!!! So clearly this is fake evidence. But every time I try and tell support this they say that there is nothing I can do and they won't send me the evidence either. I thought they were all about being honest and fair gamers but it seems if something is too much effort to sort out they won't bother!!!

I've basically been threatened now that my account will be closed if I continue to send emails in (there is no number to ring).

Words can't describe how angry I am!!!

What can I do to get my money back???
