Remodel of my main BR—still not done

Paid $2598.06 down payment for total remodel of main BR. Was told it would take 2 weeks. Then he would not answer his phone or come to my house. Then I called the local police—who then called Shawn.
Within an hour he came to my house with his entire crew—they pulled
out every thing in the BR. They put in a smaller window above where the bath tub had been.
About 3 weeks ago some plaster work was done. No one has been
here since then & Shawn is back not answering his phone again.
I'm going crazy!!! I'm afraid to go anywhere in AM because someone might come. Finally I decided to contact BBB
