Independent mini market on Hagley Road Birmingham have on display in a large Walls icecream cabinet a considerable stock of various Magnum icecreams priced at £2 each.
Every one bore the words "Not to be sold individually", wwhich they were clearly blatantly ignoring.
Went to nearby Tesco Express and bought a packet of 3 identical Magnums [each carrying the same wording] for £2.69.
Bearing in mind that Tesco are still making a profit on £0.89p per unit, which pales alongside the £2 at the mini market.
Are there any sanctions that Walls Magnum can apply, or do they not really care?
