I ordered the trial bottle from the website to just try it for it was only £5- and have left it since. Its been two months and suddemly two orders turned up at my door this morning and my bank balance has taken a huge hit. I have sent emails to the customer services. I did not want to reorder, nor want to buy anything else. How do I go about getting a refund? Please help
