Capital Choice Consumer Credit Stikes again, but I'm fighting back!

Well, I feel like the BIG idiot. I never fall for these, but for some odd reason i decided to try this company... What a sucker I am. I got the same letter $5000.00 credit limit for $39.00 application fee or $43.00 rush fee. I have ot recieded anything yet and and my check had not cleared yet I had an ACH debited for $43.00 which could only be them. I called the # listed... That was given to the bank but it is an answering machine and one cannot understand the name of the person on the machine. I also got a call from the long distance company and they said they would charge it to the credit card i was recieving so i said fine i'll try it... They cahrged my checking account!!! I've taken action, I have disputed the amounts charged to my account becaude i never recieved the merchantdice (credit card) i was promiced and I never gave them permission to draft the money out of my account that was the reason for the check. I have also disputed the 2nd charge, never giving them permission to debit y account as well. I have also closed my account and I am filing a police report for starters. It may not get me anywhere but i sure am going to try. Maybe if all of us get together we can stop these... Good luck to everyone and GOD BLESS!!!
