Capital Choice Consumer Credit Stikes again, but I'm fighting back!

Well, I feel like the BIG idiot. I never fall for these, but for some odd reason i decided to try this company... What a sucker I am. I got the same letter $5000.00 credit limit for $39.00 application fee or $43.00 rush fee. I havn't received anything yet and and my check had not cleared yet, but I had an ACH debited for $43.00 which could only be them. I called the # listed... That was given to the bank, but it is an answering machine and one cannot understand the name of the person on the machine. I also got a call from the long distance company and they said they would charge it to the credit card and I would be receiving it soon, so I said fine I'll try it... They cahrged my checking account, not the credit card that i still have not received!!! I've taken action, I have disputed the amounts charged to my account stating I never recieved the merchantdice (credit card) i was promised and I never gave them permission to draft the money out of my account, this is why I sent them a check. I have also disputed the 2nd charge, never giving them permission to debit my account they were supposed to charge the so called credit card was supposed to be receiving. I have also closed my account and I am filing a police report for starters. It may not get me anywhere but I sure am going to try. Maybe if all of us get together we can stop these bleep, bleep, bleep... Good luck to everyone!!!
