I called from and as on the internet I thought I was talking to a verizon tech. They claimedthey worked for verizon and wantedto control my computer to fix the problem. The said I had bugs in the cumputer and they could fix them. Then they charged my credit card and hung up. They said they would callme in an hour but never got back...
