I wire transferred funds to Barclay Bank an Escrow account for a horse trailer with a delivery date estimated Aug. 3, from Texas, USA. The owner stated she had moved to the UK following a divorce. I received a tracking number, but it wasn't delivered. I have the seller's supposed e-mail as Margaret. Dawson@gmail.com

I have e-mailed company twice with no response and tried to call the number 440870479971 and get an error message I don't need the country code 0.

Can you tell me if this is a scam and do I have recourse through the wire transfer from my bank?
