Company failed to send me eticket in time for flight UK-USA return, resulting in my having to make other arrangements. After email correspondence, company promised me a refund on 20 April. Despite several reminders, I have not received the refund, and the company has not replied to my last 3 emails. Their telephone service is incompetent, rude and unhelpful.
