I called the number and spoke to several people about my loan. They told me they had callcenters in Delaware. When I went on actual website they company then stated they didn't have any affiliation with the United States except for a verification dept and were located in Panama.
After calling the number back I was told by 3 different employees that they handled all the phonecall parts about questions on your loan, but the actual customer service dept when you type back and forth is in Panama.
After letting them know all the information I had obtained from their employees in the states whom they said they didn't have, they then banned me from calling the number or accessing CS about my account.
How they can do that I don't understand if a loan is active unless I scared them to the point they know they are in trouble. They said there is no stopping the amount of trying to be paid so it may end up to a balance of 10's of 1000's of dollars.
