I purchased a program to speed up my computer and failed to notice a tickbox classing this as an annual subscription. No method of cancelling this was provided so I emailed their newsletter on 9 July @ 19:44 hours saying that i wished to cancel their annual support and asked them to confirm this. I did not receive this confirmation and now assume this is a scam. I can provide a copy of my cancellation.
