Posted an ad on Kijiji.ca for an 8 Pce. Dining Room set for sale. First contact was from boyerhoer-91@yahoo.ca (post@kijiji.ca)
They were asking for more information. Replied asking them to call number as I was neighbor posting the set as owner doesn't have pc. They then replied back to me under Jennifer Hall, natalieugu@gmail.com asking for a couple more pictures. Sent pictures and then they offered $2,750.00 for set and wanted my paypal acct. Spoke to my neighbor and she was ok with using my paypal account and notified Jennifer of same. She next send (or paypal supposedly did) Saying the extra thousand was for shipping. Then informed me to send moneygram for $900.00 immediately to Jeffrey Russell at 15108 Lake Ave. Grand Haven, Michigan 49417. Advised them owner is a senior citizen and also myself so we could not send moneygram for the shipping. Asked them to make arrangements on their end and pay the amount asked for the dining room set. Since then have been receiving threats to take legal action and even gave address to send my complaints to paypal at customercareslinks@mailaccount.com for international paypal care. Checked out all e-mail addresses and finding they are false or very difficult to find. Check the customercare link and big warning DO NOT USE / CLICK ON THIS SITE. Fraud. Checked address in Grand Haven and no Jeffrey Russell at that address. This all started on July 31/13 and has been on-going since. I have notified paypal and sent copies of all e-mails but waiting for more feedback from them. Hope everyone watches for these names/e-mail addresses and avoid them like the plaque. Note no money has been received by paypal for me since this whole thing began. Just demands for the $900.00 shipping to be made immediately.
