Purchased 5 voucher's thru Eversave for digitized scans of 1000 photo's each, total 5000 photos, for a total cost of $295. Voucher's were puchased 7/8 and 'redeemed' Nov which entailed mailing them 5000 photos that have no way of being replaced. I no longer care about the digital scans nor the money. I just want my photo's back. Photo's were sent (USPS medium flat rate) using pre-paid labels to: Pixwraps Scanning, 1441 Main St. Suite 200, Ramona CA 92065-2128. I added 'delivery confirmation' to each box and they were indeed received. Had contact via email w/Jenny and Anastacia back in Nov & Jan. Following the promise of having my orders put on "rush" and that I should receive them within "10 days", their phones and email were no longer in service. Last contact with them was 1/24. Have submitted a similar complaint to Eversave but havn't heard anything more than "we are working on it" from them.
