To whom it may concern:
This is not my first letter of complaint to Delta, nor is it the second or third.in the last 5-6 years I have flown Delta many times and had all too many complaints, yet each and every time I need to go on another trip, I give Delta a chance to win me back. Each and every time I am let down even more. Just less than 2 months ago I was delayed by Delta for 24 hours, having 2 flights cancelled back to back. I was assured that it was a one time thing, and that everyone at Delta gave me their greatest of regrets and promises that the next flight would go without a hitch. I vowed not to take Delta after that but alas scheduling issues forced me to take a flight this past week. Not only was the plane delayed for an hour once I had passed through security, once we finally boarded, the flight was delayed for 2 whole hours.instead of arriving at our destination at a reasonable 10 30PM as scheduled, we were pushed to an insane 1:30AM. But even that wasn't enough for Delta, we had to sit in a plane for an extra 2 hours without air-conditioning while it was 95* outside! Not only is this unacceptable treatment of fellow human beings, it's torture. Delta, you have lost a long time customer, one that will forward these sentiments to everybody he knows so that nobody suffers such torture again. I sincerely, with all of my heart, hope that your company goes bankrupt soon and that whoever is in charge of these issues meets their karma. Please do not offer me miles or a free flight in order to "compensate", I'd rather fly on the back of a wild goose than to take a free seat on this airline. Thank you for pushing me to the final straw, to the point where I'd rather spend double the amount to take any other airline. The point where I am filled with more hate for a corporate entity than for almost any other thing in the world. Have an absolutely terrible day!
