We made two reservations at the hotel for two different dates. When our visa was charged, we were charged the English pound rate instead of U.S. Dollars. The confirmation we received did not indicate in any way that we would be charged in English pounds. This company is nothing but a real rip-off. Hopefully something can be done about them. It's hard to believe they cannot quote the dollar amount in the reservation country currency at the time of booking!
