MY compllaint is much the same as everyone else really, you pay for shipping only, it takes ages to arrive, you sample the products it dows not work, you then strike it up as a crap experiance, then they send you more worthless product, and debit your card for £81.67 without authorisation... What they say is if you do not cancel the account with them directly they take this as an open invitation to keep sending you rubbish and charging you for it. True scam in every sense, and this company is being advertised on the Gaurdian.co.uk
