I ordered a sample - requiring me to pay S & H which I did. I received one box. I had no
dealings with them until on my July bank statement I saw a deduction for $99.87 showing
it was from DMA. I called the phone number on bank statement and they said I had signed up for monthly deliveries. I did not receive
anything since May.
