This company has charged for an item that has not been shipped. They claimed their computers were stolen and they had to retrieve lost information. Then they said the item I ordered has to be sent back for modification due to some safety issue. My CC was charged on 6/24. I have sent numerous emails and talked to two different representatives but have had no success.
