I have had this product and have hardly used it for 6 weeks. The cord snapped 2 weeks ago and recently stopped working. I checked other complaints and most of the complaints were the exact same. They replied to me with "we cannot exchange the unit, you would agree that it worked when you got it?" This is ridiculous. Obviously products work when you first get them. Just want my money back.
