We listed a car for sale and got the same speach about being an engineer of shore in New Zealand.
Wants to buy the car without seeing it. Pay by pay pal or bank account.
I have had this same guy try this scam twice before on different items.

Next step will be to ask to pay a release fee via credit union.

I would love to meet this guy/girl or group in person.
