I was called from a supposed attorney for Cash Advance America stating that I had criminal charges pressed against me for a loan from October that I never took out. He got the mad at me when I started asking questions and stated that I received an affidavit (which I never signed for or received). I had to start to sound agitated for him to tell me anything. This is harassment and I would like for it to be looked into.
