I was called from a 202 number and they told me that i was approved for a federal grant and they asked me to pay a 320 dollar security deposit and once that was done the asked for the mtcn number. Then the asked for an additional 800 dollars for the taxes on the and the told me once that is paid i will receive my money monday morning garantee and when monday came around now the talking bout i have to pay 1600 more dollars because of the insurance and i still havent received my money.
