Hoping to obtain historical information on my house, I filled in the required fields of information and then was directed to the next page to make payment of $. 95 to obtain the report. After entering my payment information I progressed to the next page thinking I would receive my report. WRONG!!! What I found was a page soliciting their monthly reporting service @ $17.49 per month - and that it is impossible to proceed without signing up. Since I had no interest in monthly reporting and could see no way to obtain my report, I existed out of the site without the report which I had paid for. I immediately checked my credit card and lo & behold, the charge was already there & I didn't have my report. I called the "Customer Service" number listed on the site and a representative told me they were only there to take cancellations of the $17.49 monthly service and to get the assistance I needed, I would have to email their site, as that is the only way they will deal with customer service issues. This company is a big SCAM-DO NOT USE IT. $. 95 is a nominal fee but that is not the issue. They are scamming people over and over again and obtaining credit card information, which I am fearful of. I see where they have responded to other similar complaints by saying to go to their support link, which takes you nowhere. Do Not Use This Site.
