Ripoff! They charged my credit card for a report that I didn't even order

I went online to obtain a free credit report for my aunt who did not have a computer or a credit card. I got online and entered in for free credit report and followed the directions as instructed. The guide said for your free credit report click here and enter a credit card#.

For something that is suppose to be free you should not have to enter any type of payment. I entered in the credit card and the information for my aunt. A message popped up saying that the information did not match, so at that time I closed out of the web page, not thinking that I would still be charged $79.95 for a service that I did not even use.

I called the company at 877-513-4173 hit 4 to speak with someone about this charge. They can not cancel this because it is under my aunt's name. But yet they can charge it to my credit card without any problems. I have called and faxed over on numerous occasions to cancel this service and with no response from anyone.

This is not a way to conduct business. They are not in the business to help people, but only to rip off the consumers. Speaking from experience.
