I got a free gift for completing a survey and had to pay $6 for shipping only. 14 days later, I was billed for $102. When I inquired why, I was advised that if I did not call them within 14 days I would be automatically charged for the product. This was the first time I heard this condition. The company claims that it was not a free product but a free trial and apparently somewhere in the fine print people like myself are tricked into accepting a free gift and billed for it later based on terms not explained upfront. This is a scam and the company should be brought to task for cheating unsuspecting clients who only agreed to accept a free sample.

This company is cheating thousands of customers each for $100 or more and then blatantly and ruthlessly refusing to refund the amount when clients complain.
