My wife is ill and hasn't been able to monitor her bank dealings recently. I have now spotted that this firm took 71.40 from her bank account on 1st July. Looking at some of the other complaints, she didn't sign up for ancestry.com and does not believe she applied for any 3-day trials. This has caused her considerable treouble as she is registered disabled and has no current source of income, so can little afford to lose this sort of money.
