Started sending him money March thru June.

Said he was stranded in Ukraine. Had problems with Customs getting his materials.
He kept needing more money for fees so he could leave. Taf fees and others. Then I had sent him enough money to leave. Now he needs $4700.00 because his health ins—expired!

He has said he needed money for appt&then he was tossed out of appt—then on streets.

When I first met him / he said he lived in LA area of California. I was excited as, I was going out there in Feb—13 to my brothers.

Of course, when I arrived there / he was leaving that week for Ukraine. Had to pay cash for his merchandise / so it could be sent to the States.
