I applied on-line for a personal loan, mr. WILSON CALLED MY HOME SEVERAL TIMES STATING i'D BEEN APPROVED FOR A $1200.00 Loan but I needed to purchase some type card in the amount of $200.00 to prove to the bank I was financially viable, I'd like to know is he truly representing the bank or is this a scam?
