I ordered a Step2 Playhouse through this site, and like the others, the order status said "Awaiting Shipment" for weeks. I emailed info@vivanmart.com and actually got a reply stating my order has been shipped and will arrive in 2-3 days. That was 10 days ago. Now, the emails come back as undeliverable and the site page won't open. I ordered through PayPal and haven't tried getting a refund yet. Has anyone else had luck at getting their $ back? Wish I would have looked into this first!
