I have had the same experience as the other people, same amount of money taken and stupidly when asked by bank if valid payment following my debit card was cloned, I said it was okay as I knew that name. I have tried since then to contact the company by email and phone, but have had no response. I wanted to try this product at a particular tough for me and thought it might boost my self-esteem - it didn't make any difference to my skin and was an expensive lesson to learn!
