Horrible Customer Service

I never have an opportunity to use the product b/c the customer service at the initial point of customer contact is DEPLORABLE. I tried to purchase this service for my mother. My credit card was declined TWICE (despite having sufficient funds). Yet, when I reviewed my bank information, there are 2 charges from magicjack pending on my account. I tried to resolve my issue using their b.S. "online rep. Chat" (because they do not have a customer service number). That was a JOKE. I spent 45 mins of my life and accomplished nothing. Stay away...
