Sad Customer Service

I have had magicjack for over a year now. I was promised a free change of number. During the online customer service chat, I was told I would not be able to change my number due to TOS change. Magicjack is a company of fraud and cannot be trusted due to its business ethics. During the chat I was transferred to someone that said they could help me, but instead canceled my service and it now says expired service. After I mentioned it he said please click the TOS which I told him I had read it (which I had). He insisted I click it again which disconnected us. I now not only do not have service but cannot change my number. Thanks Magicjack
