He took a deposit for an apartment which he showed to us in the Bronx between 193rd and 194th street, the address to the apartment which was 2609 Decatur avenue, Apt 2. We went to the place on Saturday 06/29 and a neighbor asked us if he gave as that apartment to rent, she said we should be very careful with him because he go around taking peoples money, so he wish us luck getting our money back if we paid him any. We confronted him and he was so upset and asked us out of his office and wasn't doing business with us anymore, he said for the money which is $3000.00 either we take him to court or wait for him to call us for the money, i went to him on 07/15 since he gave me a week which was due that day, upon seeing me he started threatening me and said " he friend that went with me and said he will pay my friend's money and will never pay mine, he will teach me the lesson of my life"
