I made an inquiry about a Holiday property in UK and wanted a quote.
I waited over a week then received "your quote offer runs out today?"

I wrote an email to them asking if it would not be advisable to inform me of any quote beforehand.
The reply was do not complain to us complain to the owner it is not our responsibly.

I tried to contact the owner with no result.
I then sent an email asking who was responsible.
Eventually I made another request for a quote and am still waiting for a reply after nearly two months.
I do not think this is a serious business.
I will never again try to book any property within the UK with this firm.
Just imagine you had a bigger problem?
Do they actually book any properties or is this just a scam?
