Purchased WIN SOLLUTION SILVER PLAN - Startrak Silver with credit card on 3/21 and billed on my card on 3/22 for $124.66. Service performed was not satisfactory and called several times to get service which was very complicated and never fixed. When I requested a refund I was told it would take about 5 weeks. When I finally heard from them they wanted to send me $500.00 and I was to send them the difference thru Western Union or Pay Pal. When I refused to follow their instructions, they put a lock on my computer which I had to Take to Best Buy to fix. Best buy said they could not fix it and I had to buy a new hard drive. I paid them $202.19.
