Charged $74.97 to my credit card on 6-23-13 AFTER I had CANCELLED the acct. On 6-18-13. I called several times to # in pkg 888-955-1292 & spoke approximatley 3 times regarding crediting the $74.97 back to my card. The 2nd time I called Adrian he says he filled out a "refund request" online to their accounting dept. & an answer available in 5 business days & for me to call him back on the 5th day which he stated is Wed/7-24-13. So I called him back today/7-24-13 at 4:05pm CST & he tells me that I can mail the sealed pkg back to them (I pay s/h fees) & only $20 would be credited to my card *can only return if still sealed* OR offered me to keep CDs & he would credit my card with $30 along with $25 on an electronic restaurant gift card sent to my email & the process would take at the least 15 days. He refused to credit my card with the full amt charged.
