Attempting to exchange a box of cereal whose Ingredient label was incorrect, thus causing me significant & prolonged allergic sickness, my request was denied because the store would lose the stated amount of money. No consideration was given to my sickness, 30-plus years of patronizing the merchant and the health of a senior citizen. The Acting supervisor threatened to call the police if I did not leave without resolving the matter.
