I purchased online and was surprised to have no confirmation email sent - and yet the money was taken from my creditcard within a miniute of ordering.

I emailed the company 5 times over the next week and they still could not give me a confirmation email.

I received the goods after 8 days of ordering and they were obviously fake and cheap copies of the originals I had seen in stores in Melbourne - Australia.

I have never experienced this before and am so upset that this happened to me and now I just hope they will refund without much trouble.

Not online shopping again.
