I ordered an ankle brace from Tommie Copper. When I received it, it was not what I was expecting. Using their sizing chart as a reference, I ordered a large. When it arrived, I tried it on and found that it had absulutely no support for my ankle.in fact, it fit like a loose pantyhose... Not what I expected from their advertisements. I returned the ankle thing and was told they had refunded my money to Paypal. They insist my money is there, but I sent them a prt scr. Jepg showing my paypay has not received any money dating back to June. I would like my refund... Oh yeah, I have a proof of receipt from when I mailed it from the USPS. The order # is 3113108.
