I am a care giver (Med Coordinator) and I took one of my consumers to an appointment at Eye Clinics Of Michigan on the afternoon of July 19. After the appointment and upon leaving I received a call from the Home Provider which is my biss and she stated to me that a receptionist named Chris that works at Eye Clinics of Michigan called and informed her that I was high and that I reeked of marijuana. So I asked the receptionist why she said those things about me she stated that they are true.
