They called threatening my husband that he is involved with a lawsuit against someone he never knew. I called them back and told them I was reporting them to the state attorney general office (which I did) for threatening to sue someone that had nothing to do with the debt. Stacey, person I spoke with, said she would have his name and phone number removed. If they call you flood your attorney general's office with complaints.
